Having spent more than 16 years with Frontline Recruitment, including eight years as a Regional Business Director, Lauren has successfully led high-performing recruitment operations, managed multi-million-pound client portfolios, delivered strategic growth initiatives and developed long-standing partnerships across a wide range of sectors.
She has extensive experience recruiting at all levels, from operational and frontline positions through to senior leadership, specialist consultancy and executive appointments.
As Head of Recruitment & Staffing Solutions at Delphi, Lauren leads the development and expansion of the Group's recruitment division, supporting both internal hiring requirements and external recruitment projects.
Her focus is on building exceptional talent pipelines, developing strategic partnerships, securing new business opportunities and delivering recruitment solutions that create long-term value for clients and candidates alike.
