The Delphi Task Force are a team of former CQC inspectors and ex registered managers, with over 200 collective years’ experience of working in the health and social care sector, bringing a wealth of knowledge, experience and partnership to those they work with.
In addition to offering the more traditional consultancy service, mock inspections and service evaluations, the task force also offer bespoke services
based on provider and service requirements; for example support with occupancy and marketing, registered manager mentoring, understanding regulations to medication management.
Whatever the requirement, the task force will be on hand to ensure concerns are resolved swiftly and effectively and compliance is maintained.

Simon is an experienced Marketeer having spent 20 years working in roles that encompass a wide spectrum of modern day marketing. He has a hands-on approach to work and together with his creative insights, an eye for detail and excellent communication skills, he can work with you to develop a succinct marketing strategy for your service.
Jack Launer
Head of Partnerships
Jack has spent the last 20 years working in healthcare sales, occupancy, and business development and has been has been responsible for launching new services and care pathways in partnership with the NHS. He is also an elected councillor at Burnley Borough Council, and has a passion for green spaces and ESG.

Finance & HR Manager
Vian is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, expert advise and guidance on all financial and HR matters across the business. Her team provides high quality advice, along with robust processes and systems which supports staff in delivering the strategic ambitions of the business.

Kate is a highly qualified investigations lead with a law degree specialising in medical law and neuroscience, offering a deep understanding of the legal and ethical complexities in healthcare. With over six years of experience as a CQC inspector, Kate has honed her skills in managing serious incidents across healthcare and social care settings.
