The Delphi Task Force are a team of former CQC inspectors and ex registered managers, with over 200 collective years’ experience of working in the health and social care sector, bringing a wealth of knowledge, experience and partnership to those they work with.
In addition to offering the more traditional consultancy service, mock inspections and service evaluations, the task force also offer bespoke services
based on provider and service requirements; for example support with occupancy and marketing, registered manager mentoring, understanding regulations to medication management.
Whatever the requirement, the task force will be on hand to ensure concerns are resolved swiftly and effectively and compliance is maintained.
