Her team provides high quality advice, along with robust processes and systems which supports staff in delivering the strategic ambitions of the business.
Vian brings over 20 years of experience providing exceptional senior management leadership within a variety of sectors. With an excellent track record of building commercially focused teams, with a strong emphasis on people leadership, Vian has contributed with senior management in transforming the business since joining in 2019.
