Do you work with independent care homes and provider groups?
Yes. Engagements can focus on an individual care service or, where agreed, involve several services and provider-level governance requirements.
Can you help us prepare for a CQC inspection?
Yes. Our independent mock inspections and readiness support can help review evidence, observe practice, identify gaps and prioritise improvements. They do not replace official CQC assessments.
Do you offer one-off projects and ongoing consultancy?
Yes. We can discuss targeted reviews, defined improvement projects and ongoing support. The specific scope, deliverables and commercial terms are agreed for each engagement.
Can Delphi help with a service rated Requires Improvement?
We can discuss independent assessments, governance improvements, leadership support and structured turnaround activity suited to your circumstances. Regulatory decisions and ratings remain with CQC.
Do you provide Ofsted support for children’s homes?
Yes. Delphi offers separate Ofsted-focused services including registration preparation, ongoing compliance and inspection readiness for children’s homes in England.
Can you guarantee an Outstanding CQC rating?
No. We help services strengthen practice, evidence and oversight, but no consultancy can guarantee a regulatory rating, inspection or registration outcome.
