Shanaz has held senior operational, leadership and regulatory roles across local authority and private sector organisations in England and Wales. Her experience includes supporting residential children’s homes, complex care services and developing organisations through registration, mobilisation, growth, inspection preparation and regulatory improvement.
As Head of Ofsted Services at Delphi Care Solutions, Shanaz provides strategic leadership, operational oversight and regulatory governance. She works closely with Responsible Individuals, Registered Managers and senior leaders to strengthen safeguarding, service performance, quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
Her expertise includes Ofsted registration, inspection readiness, service mobilisation, safeguarding leadership, compliance monitoring, workforce development, policy and procedure development, organisational change and regulatory recovery.
Shanaz holds the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, the Award in Education and Training, a Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills and a range of professional trainer qualifications.
Her leadership approach is clear, structured and outcomes-focused, with a strong emphasis on accountability, consistent practice and creating safe, stable and positive outcomes for children.
