The Delphi Task Force are a team of former CQC inspectors and ex registered managers, with over 200 collective years’ experience of working in the health and social care sector, bringing a wealth of knowledge, experience and partnership to those they work with.
In addition to offering the more traditional consultancy service, mock inspections and service evaluations, the task force also offer bespoke services
based on provider and service requirements; for example support with occupancy and marketing, registered manager mentoring, understanding regulations to medication management.
Whatever the requirement, the task force will be on hand to ensure concerns are resolved swiftly and effectively and compliance is maintained.

Vian is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, expert advise and guidance on all financial and HR matters across the business. Her team provides high quality advice, along with robust processes and systems which supports staff in delivering the strategic ambitions of the business.

Jeremy Huband is a healthcare consultant with a distinguished career, transitioning from over 38 years in the banking sector to focus on his passion for quality care. Previously, Jeremy served as Head of Healthcare at both HSBC Bank and NatWest Bank, where he held various senior roles, demonstrating his expertise in healthcare finance.

Jack has spent the last 20 years working in healthcare sales, occupancy, and business development and has been has been responsible for launching new services and care pathways in partnership with the NHS. He is also an elected councillor at Burnley Borough Council, and has a passion for green spaces and ESG.

Beverley has worked as the head of the Task force team at Delphi Care Solutions for 2 years and has a broad range of experience in the NHS and private sectors. Becoming a Registered Nurse early into her career, Beverley has also held a number of senior positions including Ward Manager within the NHS.
