The Delphi Task Force are a team of former CQC inspectors and ex registered managers, with over 200 collective years’ experience of working in the health and social care sector, bringing a wealth of knowledge, experience and partnership to those they work with.
In addition to offering the more traditional consultancy service, mock inspections and service evaluations, the task force also offer bespoke services
based on provider and service requirements; for example support with occupancy and marketing, registered manager mentoring, understanding regulations to medication management.
Whatever the requirement, the task force will be on hand to ensure concerns are resolved swiftly and effectively and compliance is maintained.

Beverley Sandy - RGN, OND
Taskforce Lead
Beverley has worked as the head of the Task force team at Delphi Care Solutions for 2 years and has a broad range of experience in the NHS and private sectors. Becoming a Registered Nurse early into her career, Beverley has also held a number of senior positions including Ward Manager within the NHS.

Adrian has over twenty years’ experience in quality assurance, performance management, and regulation within health and social care, including six years as a CQC Inspector and experience investigating for the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman. Adrian is passionate about collaborative working and developing positive relationships to drive improvement.
