Due to rapid growth, Delphi Care Solutions Task Force team are looking for quality and passionate health and social care professionals, to share their skills and knowledge with health and social care providers. This position is suited to candidates who want to grow their career in an established, innovative, healthcare improvement company. We offer a full wrap around support service to care providers across the UK, from mock CQC inspections, turnaround and crisis management, interim management and occupancy support to subscription packages for the maintenance for care quality and regulatory compliance.

Delphi Care Solutions are seeking highly skilled and experienced Turnaround Managers to help us improve the care quality and compliance of Residential and Nursing Care Homes across the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement, implementing changes, and ensuring the care team is providing the highest level of care to their people.

In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough assessment of each care home to identify areas of improvement
  • Developing and implementing turnaround plans for each care home
  • Providing leadership and support to care home staff to ensure delivery of high-quality care.
  • Monitoring progress and making adjustments to the turnaround plan as needed
  • Ensuring that all care homes are compliant with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborating with other management team members to ensure the company goals are met.

About You

As a Turnaround Manager, you will be a highly organised individual, able to coordinate large workloads in an efficient way within our exciting and fast-paced projects. You must possess the ability to effectively work both on your own and as part of a team and hold good verbal and written communication skills. You will be able to work under pressure, be responsible and able to adapt quickly to changing requirements. You must be compassionate for the needs of others and make decisions in line with what you deem is achievable, and thereafter deliver it.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a management role in the healthcare industry, preferably in a care home setting
  • At least 2-3 years’ work experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for care homes in the UK
  • Be able to perform suitable and assessed manual handling tasks – (service dependent e.g. use of manual handling equipment and/or breakaway training)
  • Experience in developing and implementing turnaround plans
  • Access to own vehicle
  • Full UK driving licence
  • DBS registered with the rolling update system
