Interim Manager Residential and Nursing Homes – Contract Basis


Delphi Care Solutions are seeking highly skilled and experienced Interim Managers for Residential and Nursing Care Homes across the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the care home is providing high-quality care to their people, managing the day-to-day operations of the care home, and ensuring that the care home is compliant with regulatory requirements. With any interim role, the Delphi team will always aim offer work within your region / locality to avoid a long commute.

Job Details:

Hours of work: Variable

Salary: Competitive


  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the care home, including staffing, budgeting, and resident care.
  • Ensuring that the care home is compliant with regulatory requirements and that all policies and procedures are being followed.
  • Providing leadership and support to care home staff to ensure that they are delivering
  • high-quality care.
  • Monitoring the quality of care being provided and making adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborating with other members of the management team to ensure that the company’s goals are being met.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports as required by regulatory bodies.


  • Registered Manager with a valid NMC PIN
  • At least 3 years of experience in a management role in the healthcare industry, preferably in a care home setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    Knowledge of regulatory requirements for care homes in the UK.
  • Experience in managing budgets and staffing.
  • Access to own vehicle.
  • Full UK driving licence
  • DBS registered with the rolling update system
