With our evolving expansion, Delphi Care Solutions Task Force team are now looking for passionate and diligent health and social care professionals with experience in the children services sub sector, to share their skills and knowledge with various children’s residential, educational placement, respite service providers. We are seeking highly skilled and experienced candidates as OfSTED Registration Consultants who want to grow their career within leadership roles and who will play a key role in providing consultancy services to children social care organisations to ensure adequate registration compliance with OfSTED regulations and standards for these services, including children’s residential, educational placement, respite service providers, etc.; across all UK regions. The successful candidate will work closely with clients in registering their services with OfSTED – children’s homes, supported-living for 16-17-year-olds, etc., support clients with both priority applications and normal OfSTED registrations. This role requires a deep understanding of OfSTED regulations, excellent communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the process of OfSTED registration for children health and social care organisations, ensuring all necessary documentation, policies, and procedures are in place and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Staying abreast of changes in OfSTED regulations, policies, and procedures, and ensure that clients are informed and prepared to meet new requirements.
• Review and completion of SC1 & SC2 policy documents.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, clinical staff, and regulatory bodies, to drive quality and compliance.
• Providing expert guidance and support to service providers in preparing for OfSTED inspections, including mock inspections and readiness assessments.
• Analysing data, documentation, and feedback to identify areas of non-compliance or improvement opportunities.
• Serving as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support and guidance on quality and compliance matters related to OfSTED registration.

About You

As an OfSTED Registration Consultant, you will be a highly organised individual, able to lead registration process, policies and documentation writing for service commissioning in a diligent and professional way within our exciting and fast-paced projects. You must possess the ability to effectively work both on your own and as part of a team and hold good verbal and written communication skills. You will be able to work under pressure, be responsible and able to adapt quickly to changing requirements. You must be analytical, possess the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, make decisions in line with what you deem is achievable, and thereafter deliver it.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, nursing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of OfSTED consultancy experience working in healthcare quality management, regulatory compliance, or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of OfSTED regulations, standards, and registration processes.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends and patterns.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• Proven ability to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives and drive organizational change.
• Access to own vehicle with full UK driving licence
• DBS registered with the rolling update system
