Thistle Hill Hall Hosts Exclusive Roda BI Pre-launch Event: A New Era in Care

On a sunny September day, the team at Thistle Hill Hall hosted an exclusive pre-launch event for Roda BI, the business intelligence tool from Delphi Care Solutions. 

Set in the grounds of beautiful grade-listed Thistle Hill Hall, the home of nurse-led recovery service Debdale Specialist Care, a select group of key players in the sector enjoyed an afternoon of good food, live music and interesting presentations, before Roda BI was unveiled.  

The event kicked off with a lively presentation from Professor Carl Thompson about the future of TEC (Technology Enabled Care) and whether Hollywood has been right with any of its predictions! Next up, Professor Karen Spilsbury charmed the audience with thoughts on workforce efficiency powered by technology, from the swift decision-making, training tailored by data, and balanced optimism about AI’s promises (and perils). And Professor Matthew Boyd gave everyone food for thought, leading into lunchtime with thoughts around the role of technology in health and social care and where AI might take us in the future.  

Attendees got a real-time view of Roda BI and its capabilities with regards to proactive healthcare. Delivering expert insight to your fingertips, it goes beyond dashboards – uniting clinical care, financial oversight and regulatory expertise in a single platform. Utilising the systems that Debdale Specialist Care use to run its operations, visitors got a look at what insights are available in Roda BI and how that information is utilised to optimise both care and financial performance.  

The event married innovation with a relaxed atmosphere – cocktails, live music and baked delights! Attendees left smiling, and excited about how predictive AI will soon make care safer and smarter.
