Registrations and Compliance Manager (Ofsted Projects)
Sophie brings extensive frontline and leadership experience within children’s services, including nearly five years managing a high-risk children’s home supporting young people with complex needs.
During this time, she led on regulatory compliance, safeguarding, service stability and operational improvement, giving her a strong practical understanding of the pressures faced by Registered Managers, Responsible Individuals and wider leadership teams.
At Delphi Care Solutions, Sophie supports Ofsted-regulated services with registration, inspection preparation, compliance reviews and governance improvement. Her approach combines regulatory knowledge with practical operational insight, helping providers strengthen systems, address risks and build greater confidence ahead of inspection.
Sophie holds a BA (Hons) in Youth Justice from Nottingham Trent University.
