Lauren is a highly accomplished recruitment, sales and business development professional with more than 25 years of recruitment experience and a proven track record of building successful teams, developing new markets and delivering significant commercial growth.

 

Having spent over 16 years with Frontline Recruitment, including eight years as a Regional Business Director, Lauren has successfully led high-performing recruitment operations, managed multi-million-pound client portfolios, delivered strategic growth initiatives and developed long-standing partnerships across a wide range of sectors. He has extensive experience recruiting at all levels, from operational and frontline positions through to senior leadership, specialist consultancy and executive appointments.

 

As Head of Recruitment & Staffing Solutions at Delphi, Lauren leads the development and expansion of the Group's recruitment division, supporting both internal hiring requirements and external recruitment projects. His focus is on building exceptional talent pipelines, developing strategic partnerships, securing new business opportunities and delivering recruitment solutions that create long-term value for clients and candidates alike.

 

Lauren combines strong commercial awareness with a relationship-led approach, enabling him to identify opportunities, understand client challenges and deliver recruitment strategies that drive measurable results. His expertise spans permanent, temporary, contract, interim and executive recruitment, alongside business development, account management, tender preparation, team leadership and operational management.
