Dr Alexandria Cavalli-Delbar brings a distinctive combination of scientific, commercial and health and social care experience to her work at Delphi Care Solutions.
With a BSc in Veterinary Science, an MBA and doctoral research undertaken in the field of virology, Alexandria has developed a career spanning clinical practice, regulation, operational leadership, people development and organisational growth.
Her experience crosses the scientific, commercial and human sides of care, including regulatory compliance, service improvement, workforce development, investigations, business strategy and supporting organisations through periods of challenge and change.
Alexandria is particularly passionate about raising standards without losing sight of the people behind them.
