Nicola Holmes

Task Force Team Lead

Nicola is the lead for the Task force Team. Nicola has extensive knowledge of the health and social care sector. Nicola is an experienced turn around manager, working internally to improve the home whilst working closely with CQC and Local Commission Team to re-build relationships and improve services.

Nicola specialism are Learning disability, Dementia, and older adult’s care. Nicola is a trained Independent Mental Capacity Advocate has worked with CQC and local commissioners to develop DoLS guidance for care home services.

Nicola’s passion lies with person centred care and teamwork. Nicola enjoys home turnaround and supporting services to reach their full potential.
