Employee Profile - Richard

Richard is a sales, strategic partnerships and relationship management professional with significant experience in the care sector after working for compliance providers Citation and Croner as well as accountancy giants, KPMG. During his time at Citation, he worked extensively with both national and regional care associations and set up a number of lucrative strategic partnerships with providers to the care sector. With an BSc in Management Science and MSc in Human Resource Management, Richard is highly knowledgeable about all aspects of the care sector and the requirements and obligations that providers of all sizes and types face on a daily basis. Having worked for many years in strategic partnerships and after having held Group Head of Partnerships positions for a number of companies, during Covid Richard decided to move away from partnerships roles and traverse into more sales focused roles. Passionate about businesses being the best they possibly can be, Richard is delighted to have joined Delphi Care Solutions as Regional Sales Manager for the North, where he resides.
