The Client is a newly established children’s home provider with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, nurturing, and trauma informed care for children and young people with learning disabilities, autism, and associated complex needs.

As a Care Consultant, you’ll lead mock CQC inspections and support care services in preparing for regulatory assessments. You’ll assess evidence, interview staff, review documentation, and provide actionable feedback to help services meet and exceed CQC standards.

We are looking for Support Workers for a residential adult care, to provide care in accordance with best practice and legislative requirements in this community-based service in Nottingham.
