Adrian Cavendish

Adrian has over twenty years’ experience of quality assurance, performance management, quality improvement, and regulation within health and social care. This includes six years’ experience as a CQC Inspector working across a wide range of sectors. Adrian also has experience of carrying out investigations for the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman.
Adrian is educated to Master’s degree level in health and social science subjects, is qualified in PRINCE2 Project Management, and has extensive experience of coaching staff and teams to achieve improved outcomes.
Adrian is passionate about working in a collaborative, supportive way to deliver improvements and is skilled in developing positive working relationships to achieve this.
