Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum (Depending on Qualification & Experience)
Job Type: Permanent
Work Schedule: Office-Based
Hours of Work: Full-time – Flexibility to cover the needs of the business is required.
Start Date: Immediate, but subject to satisfactory enhanced DBS check

Delphi Care Solutions Ltd is looking for an experienced Domiciliary Registered Manager to join a brand-new Domiciliary service with focus on Adults Dementia care for 65+. Our client’s new service is aiming to become a well-respected private Domiciliary service that will be committed to providing high-quality dementia care at home to adult individuals across the UK and display empathy with passionate skills through the service offering. Hence, are looking for a Domiciliary Registered Manager who shares their dedication to excellence.
As a registered manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leadership – Overseeing the coordination of Domiciliary Care Support Workers across all areas serviced by the company.
- Office Administration – Ensure that consistency is maintained within the service. Manage, monitor, and control budgets, rotas, and care plans.
- Compliance and Documentation – Be fully aware of all the company’s policies and procedures, ensuring they are always adhered to.
- Training & Mentorship – Conduct staff supervisions and appraisals – identifying and implementing staff training needs.
- Crisis Management: Handle crisis situations promptly and effectively, making informed decisions that prioritize the safety and well-being of individuals under care.
- Health and Safety – Ensure that health and safety is always adhered to.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Domiciliary care management
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Registered Manager
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A strong understanding of compliance and CQC inspections.
- Demonstrable ability to drive growth, such as deliver and maintain a good CQC rating.
- Ability to develop and conduct effective training sessions.
- NVQ Level 5 – Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care or its equivalent
- Strong Interpersonal Abilities
- Computer literacy (particularly email, excel spreadsheets and word documents)
- Have the full right to work in the UK.
- Full Driving Licence
