Delphi Mock Inspection
Working in collaboration with you, the task force executive will complete an evidence-based mock inspection of your service covering all of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOE). Similar to a real CQC inspection, we will meet with staff, speak with residents and review a sample of care records, risk assessments, policies and procedures, and other relevant documents. We will critically evaluate current governance systems, including quality assurance processes, to ensure the service is safe and that people using the service receive the best quality care and support possible.
Delphi Care Solutions have an experienced and diverse team of task force executives ranging from qualified nurses, senior operational and quality leaders, former CQC inspectors and health and social care professionals. During the mock inspection process if our task force identifies a key area requiring improvement, such as a nursing need, we can provide a qualified nurse taskforce executive during the next quarterly review, or before if requested, for their specialist input.
